Goodwill's Job Development Staff is always looking for permanent employment options and locations for Community Work Experiences to occur.

Many of our clients are ready to work in competitive atmospheres and would be "ready for hire" by your company. Additionally, many clients would come with an on-site Job Coach to help them learn a job in your company. This Job Coach would stay with them until they have met the specifications and requirements for the job you assign them.

Goodwill staff members are First Aid and CPR certified. Goodwill staff participate in a minimum of 10 hours of inservice training each year in areas including but not limited to diversity, working with individuals with disabilities, non-violence, drug-free workplace, and emergency drill procedures.

 

The current staff in both the work Evaluation and Work Adjustment areas have more than 10 years experience.
