Work Evaluation
This program, offered mostly by referral, consists of testing and job tryout to help individuals decide what jobs they are best suited for based on skill and interest.
Goodwill staff members are First Aid and CPR certified. Goodwill staff participate in a minimum of 10 hours of inservice training each year in areas including but not limited to diversity, working with individuals with disabilities, non-violent crisis intervention, bloodborne pathogens, workplace violence, drug-free workplace, and emergency drill procedures.
The current staff in both the Work Evaluation and Work Adjustment areas have more than 10 years experience.
