This program provides instruction, hands-on practice and information regarding children's developmental needs, discipline and limit setting to parents who are at risk of or who have had children placed in foster or alternative care.

 

Goodwill staff members are First Aid and CPR certified. Goodwill staff participate in a minimum of 10 hours of inservice training each year in areas including but not limited to diversity, working with individuals with disabilities, non-violent crisis intervention, bloodborne pathogens, workplace violence, drug-free work place, and emergency drill procedures.

 

The current staff in the Work Evaluation and Work Adjustment areas have more than 10 years experience.
