Job Track is a 12-week, comprehensive employability program co-sponsored by Goodwill and Canton City Schools. It provides assistance in career exploration, basic computer training, paid community work experience, job placement and retention services.

 

Goodwill staff members are First aid and CPR certified. Goodwill staff participate in a minimum of 10 hours of inservice training each year in areas including but not limited to diversity, working with individuals with disabilities, non-violent crisis intervention, bloodborne pathogens, workplace violence, drug-free workplace, and emergency drill procedures.

 

The current staff in both the Work Evaluation and Work Adjustment areas have more than 10 years experience.
