This program, offered mostly by referral, includes classroom instruction in resume preparation, interviewing techniques and application completion, along with basic methods of job seeking and job keeping.

 

Goodwill staff member are First Aid and CPR certified. Goodwill staff participate in a minimum of 10 hours of inservice training each year in areas including but not limited to diversity, working with individuals with disabilities, non-violent crisis intervention, bloodborne pathogens, workplace violence, drug-free workplace, and emergency drill procedures.

 

The current staff in both the Work Evaluation and Work Adjustment areas have more than 10 years experience.
