This program is designed for individuals who are looking for employment, and need help with the interview process. It consists of a two-hour, one-on-one session with a Goodwill Employment Professional. The session includes a question/answer portion, a mock interview and an assessment providing the areas needing improvement.

 

Goodwill staff members are First Aid and CPR certified. Goodwill staff participate in a minimum of 10 hours of inservice training each year in areas including but not limited to diversity, working with individuals with disabilities, non-violet crisis intervention, bloodborne pathogens, workplace violence, drug-free workplace, and emergency drill procedures.

 

The current staff in both the Work Evaluation and Work Adjustment areas have more than 10 years experience.
