Goodwill's Computer Training Program offers many programs and testing opportunities to the public. These include; Microsoft Office Specialist Certification, a Learnkey CD-based curriculum and the Mavis Beacon Typing Program.

The Computer Lab primarily serves participants of Goodwill's programs; however, the microsoft testing is available to the public at a reasonable fee (based on an individual's income).

 

Goodwill staff members are First Aid and CPR certified. Goodwill staff participate in a minimum of 10 hours of in-service training each year in areas including but not limited to diversity, working with individuals with disabilities, non-violent crises intervention, bloodborne pathogens, workplace violence, drug-free workplace, and emergency drill procedures.
