ComputersAgain Coordinator/IT Technician
This is a full-time position located at the Corporate Facility. Summary: Evaluates, trouble shoots, configures and maintains a variety of computer equipment including computer terminals, printers, modems, faxes and personal computers. Provides software, and hardware upgrades and support to all locations. Installs and tests operating systems. Prepares computers for sales. Monitor inventory of spare parts and equipment. Coordinate volunteer days and class room training. Functions: Unpacks, connects and tests donated computer equipment and follows established policies for handling hard drive data, Maintains records or maintenance repairs and refurbished computers, dispose of computer equipment according to policy, document and log specific hardware, software and user errors, ensure legal compliance of all computer systems, process document and follow through with requests from Goodwill staff and Community partners, provide budget information, assure cooperation and coordination of efforts of areas of responsibility with other departments. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field. Must have valid drivers license and proof of insurance. A certification helpful. Training & Development Coordinator/Human Resource Specialist
This is a full-time position located at the Corporate Facility. Summary: Develops, implements and maintains training and development programs for employees. Performs routine administrative functions within the human resources department by assisting with organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files and providing information to authorized persons. Functions: Organize and develop, or obtain training procedure manuals and guides and course materials, present training information, assist with assessing training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, performs customer service functions, conducts orient for new employees, performs HRIS/benefit related paperwork, assists with recruitment and interview process maintains paper and electronic filing systems, operates office equipment. Competencies: Problem Solving, Interpersonal Skills, Oral & Written Communication, Planning/Organizing, Safety and Security, Quality Control, Adaptability, Dependability and Critical Thinking. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field plus one year experience or High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) and at least 4 years practical experience. Must have valid drivers license. Computer Knowledge Preferred: ADP PayExpert/HRExpert, Word, Access, Excel and Powerpoint. Microsoft Certification preferred. This is a full-time position located at the Corporate Facility. Benefits available including Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Retirement. Assist in loading/unloading trucks. Tow motor/forklift experience preferred. Ability to operate a textile baler is a plus. Work hours are Monday - Friday 4:30pm - 1:00am.

Opportunities include clerk processors, donor door attendants and entry level leadership positions as described below: Clerk Processors - Handle customer transactions, maintain store stock and keep records. Assists in maintaining a clean store; such as: cleaning shelves, dusting, vacuuming floors, cleaning windows and mirrors. Adheres to all safety practices, procedures and policies. Receives and processes donations which includes sorting, tagging, testing, cleaning and prepares all materials for sale in the stores. Donor Door Attendants - Greets people donating goods, thanks and gives donor tax receipts. Pre-sorts donated merchandise into categories - textiles, shoes, purses, paper, wares, electrical and mechanical, books, miscellaneous that are in re-saleable condition. Keeps accurate donor door counts. Store Lead Workers - Assist the Store Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader in day-to-day operations. Receives and processes donation which includes sorting, tagging, testing, cleaning and prepares all materials for sale in the stores. Transfers store shipments to appropriate departments; assists in stock rotation and maintaining racks, shelves and other displays in a presentable manner. Assist in maintaining a clean store; such as: cleaning shleves, dusting, vacuuming floors, and cleaning windows and mirrors. Assistant Team Leader - Assist the Store Team Leader in day-to-day operations. Receives and processes donations which includes sorting, tagging, testing, cleaning and prepares all materials for sale int he stores. As directed, responsible for stocking and weekly inventory of all "new goods". May lock or unlock doors and set up or close out day's store operations in absence of the supervisor.
